I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service and hospitality experience I recently received during my stay at Bulgari Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist who displayed a level of warmth and professionalism that truly impressed me. Their welcoming attitude made me feel valued as a guest, and I appreciated the time they took to attend to my needs Furthermore, I would like to extend my appreciation for the flexibility shown by your team when I requested to extend my stay. Despite encountering a minor inconvenience with my credit card payment limit, the receptionist handled the situation with understanding and patience. I was pleasantly surprised by their willingness to accommodate my request for a late check-out without imposing any extra fees. Such outstanding customer service is a testament to the high standards of hospitality maintained at Bulgari, The dedication and attentiveness of your staff have left a lasting impression on me, and I commend them for their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Excellent location - relatively close to several attractions (Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, ...), Champs Elysees, Seine River, boutique shops. The hotel's interior is closely intertwined with the history of the brand - paintings, albums in the room and everywhere the recognizable snake from the Serpenti collection. The child was also given a soft toy - a cute snake. Zoned room - the main room is separated from the dressing area and bathroom - very convenient. Breakfast is also at the same level.

Everything - the design, the location, the staff, the cleanliness. As awlays Bulgari is the best hotel wherever you go. The restaurant Niko Romito is amazing. The breakfast is exceptional. Thank you Bulgari for making our stay in Paris enjoyable and memorable. We will definitely come back soon.
